NASA Grant Awarded (11/2023)

Dr. Anthony Lau serves as the Principal Investigator  on awarded NASA grant for his research proposal titled
“Effects of Acute and Protracted Proton Radiation on Bone Strength”.
This study investigates relationship between bone health changes and cognitive deficits in rats exposed to acute and protracted proton radiation.

From October 16-19, 2019, R.J. Carpenter, Benjamin Hezrony, Patricia Thomas, Rosalie Connell, and Calvin Okulicz all attended the Biomedical Engineering Society Conference held in Philadelphia. Each student presented their respective research from the past year at the undergraduate research poster presentations.
